Working throughout lockdown has thrown up many challenges to all of us on a physical and mental level and Yoga is invaluable in creating a balanced environment that can increase the well-being and productivity of all. A chance to learn about control whilst rejuvenating and focusing the mind and helping to reduce burnout and mood discrepancies among staff.

Where space for a physical mat based practice is not possible, Yoga @ Your Desk teaches simple, easily accessible moves and stretches that can be practised from your chair. Instead of feeling fidgety with discomfort, stiff neck, tight shoulders, aching lower back, mid afternoon slump.... discrete stretching at any time fo the day can help wipe away body pain, fatigue and tension to help re-vitalise.
